Terms of Use

Acceptance

By submitting an application through this website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not submit an application.

Nature of the Service

This website provides a prepared submission interface for the U.S. Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA), including a review of applicant-entered data for completeness prior to onward submission to the official U.S. Customs and Border Protection system. Approval of the travel authorization itself is determined solely by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Fees

The total fee for an ESTA application submitted through this website is USD 40.27, all-inclusive. This covers preparation, secure transmission, review for completeness, and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection application processing. The fee is non-refundable once payment has been captured and the submission process has begun, regardless of the ultimate authorization decision, as processing has already been performed.

Accurate Information

You represent and warrant that all information submitted is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Submission of false or misleading information may result in denial of the travel authorization, refusal of admission at a U.S. port of entry, and further consequences under U.S. law.

Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you meet the eligibility criteria of the Visa Waiver Program as published by U.S. Customs and Border Protection at cbp.gov/travel/international-visitors/visa-waiver-program.

No Guarantee

An approved ESTA does not guarantee admission to the United States. Admission is determined by a U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer at the port of entry.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this website and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, including but not limited to delays in travel, missed flights, or denied boarding.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The revision date at the top of the page indicates when the current version was last updated.
