This statement describes how information submitted through the ESTA application interface on this website is collected, transmitted, retained, and used. It applies to all pages under esta-form.info.
Information We Collect
- Biographic information as required for a Visa Waiver Program travel authorization (name, date of birth, city and country of birth, passport details).
- Contact information (email, telephone number, home address).
- Travel itinerary and U.S. point-of-contact details (address, phone).
- Emergency contact information (name, phone, email).
- Payment card details, transmitted directly to our PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Full card numbers are never stored on this website's servers.
- Anonymised server-side logs (IP address, browser user-agent, request URL) retained for security and diagnostic purposes for a maximum of 30 days.
Use of Information
Information is used solely to prepare and submit your travel authorization request. Payment information is used solely to process the fee. We do not sell, rent, or share applicant information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Transmission Security
All submissions from this website are transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher. The connection uses HTTPS end-to-end. Look for the lock icon in your browser address bar.
Retention
Application data is retained for the duration required to submit and support your travel authorization, plus a period sufficient to respond to correspondence or resolve payment disputes, and is then securely deleted.
Rights of Applicants
Applicants residing in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions granting equivalent rights may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their information by writing to the address in the Contact section below.
Cookies
This website uses session cookies to remember the state of your application between steps. No third-party marketing or advertising cookies are set. Cookies are removed when your browser session ends.
Third-Party Services
We use a card payment processor (Stripe) to process fees. Their privacy statement is available at stripe.com/privacy. Their processing is limited to the payment transaction only.
